摘要
目的:分离和鉴定当归炮制后新产生的化学成分。方法:对当归炮制品乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分用柱色谱、制备液相和重结晶等分离手段进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到3个化合物,鉴定为5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅰ)、香草酸(Ⅱ)和烟酸(Ⅲ)。结论:5-羟甲基糠醛是炮制后产生的新化合物之一,为首次从当归炮制品中分离得到。
Objective:To study the new chemical constituents from Angelica sinensis after Processing. Methods:Chemical constituents were separated and purified by chromatography method,then their chemical structures were identified on the basis of physical-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results:3 compounds were isolated from Angelica sinensis and identified as vanillic acid,nicotinic acid and 5-hydroxy-methyl -furfuran(5-HMF).Conclusion:5-HMF is a new chemical constituents from Angelica sinensis after Processing. and it is the first time that 5-HMF was isolated from Angelica sinensis after Processing.
