摘要
目的:对软蒺藜的化学成分进行研究。方法:有机溶剂提取,各种色谱技术分离纯化,光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定出6个化合物,为异鼠李素(Ⅰ),苜蓿素(Ⅱ),槲皮素7OαL吡喃鼠李糖苷(Ⅲ),异荭草苷(Ⅳ),β谷甾醇(Ⅴ),β胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ～Ⅳ为首次从滨藜属分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in seeds of Atriplex centralasiatica. Method: The chemical components were isolated by solvents extrations and column chromatography. The chemical structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral data. Result: Six compounds were isolated and identified as isorhamnetin(Ⅰ), tricin(Ⅱ), quercetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(Ⅲ), isoorientin(Ⅳ), β-sitosterol(Ⅴ), β-daucosterlo(Ⅵ). Conclusion: Compound Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ are isolated from genus Atriplex for the first time.
