摘要
目的研究光枝勾儿茶全株的化学成分.方法采用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱进行分离,通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为5,7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮(Ⅰ);5,7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ);大黄素(Ⅲ);大黄素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ);连翘脂素(Ⅴ);槲皮素(Ⅵ)和芦丁(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该属植物中分得。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of whole plant of Berchemia polyphylla vat.leioclada .METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated with silica gel column and Sephadex LH - 20 column chromatography, and their struetures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 5,7-dihydroxy-2-methylchromone( Ⅰ ), 5,7-dihydroxy-2- methylehromon-7-O-β-D-glueoside ( Ⅱ ), emodin ( Ⅲ ), emodin-3-O-α-L-rhamnose ( Ⅳ ), phillygenin ( Ⅴ ), quereetin ( Ⅵ ) and rutin ( Ⅶ ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ - Ⅴ are isolated frum Berchemia genus for the first time.
