摘要
教育公平是重要的社会公平,乌江流域民族地区教育公平问题既有与其他地区相同的一面,也有其特殊性。探讨乌江流域民族地区教育公平的特殊性,对解决教育公平发展问题有现实的意义。乌江流域民族地区的历史、地理有着特殊性,导致欠账太多,对教育公平认识上的不够科学、单纯追求教育效率等给推进真正的教育公平带来了巨大的阻力。要解决这些问题,就需要对现有政策进行必要的调整,转变教育观念,抓住城市化和新农村建设的时机,构建新的教育教学体系。
Education equity is an important component of social equity.The education inequity in ethnic area in Wujiang River Drainage has commonalities with that of other areas,but has its unique causes.To study the causes is of great realistic significance to achieving the equity of education.The gap with other areas resulting from its special history and geography,the unscientific understanding of education equity,and the pure pursuit of education efficiency are all obstacles to the development of education equity.To solve these problems,we should make some necessary adjustment to the current policies and change our concepts of education,taking the opportunity of urbanization and the construction of new socialist countryside so as to construct a new education system.
