摘要
教育公平是重要的社会公平,只有基础教育的公平才能实现教育的真正公平,探讨乌江流域基础教育公平发展问题有一定的代表性。在教育公平理念指导下,提出了理性思考乌江流域基础教育的发展问题:坚持基础教育的基础性原则,按基础教育基本规律,合理调整乌江流域学校布局;乌江流域基础教育课程设置特别是义务教育阶段的课程设置,不能与其他发达地区有明显的区别,甚至有必要设置"开眼界"的课程,培养既有世界眼光又有民族精神的21世纪新型人才。
Educational equity is an important part of social equity.Real educational equity must be based on the equity of basic education.The problem of educational equity in Wujiang River basin can be regarded as representative one in the field.The writer of this article,directed by the conception of education equity,proffers the suggestions for the development of basic education in Wujiang River basin,which are summarized as follows.The principle of ＂basic education being the foundation of education＂ should be observed and the arrangement of schools in this area should be adjusted in accordance with the fundamental laws of basic education.Curricular setting in this area,especially the curricular setting in the stage of compulsory education should not be too different from that of the developed area;it is even necessary to offer ＂ eye-opening＂ curriculum so as to cultivate new type talents with both world vision and national spirit.
