摘要
建立了以壳单元为基本单元的35 m2大型矿用挖掘机回转装置的有限元模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行了静态分析。结果表明,回转装置的结构强度是足够的,同时也为结构的优化设计提供了参考。
In this paper,the finite element analysis(FEA)model of the rotating device of a 35 m3 large-sized mining excavator was established by taking shell as the basic element.The static analysis of the rotating device of the excavator was made by using ANSYS in order to verify its strength.The result indicates that the strength of the rotating device is adequate.It provides a basis for structural optimization of the rotating device.
