摘要
引入蓄能器零位压力比α这一概念并讨论了α与隔膜曲伸率β之间的关系,从而使蓄能器充气压力大小有了判定标准,在满足凿岩机性能要求的前提下,为使隔膜寿命最长,提出了以β=0.5时的α值作为确定蓄能器充气压力的依据。
A new concept, null pressure/minimum pressure (called null pressure ratio α) of an accumulator of a hydranlic rock drill, is named and used for discussion in this paper. The relation between the null pressure ratio α and septum curvature β is discussed, which gives a decision criterion to you for the charged pressure magnitude of the accumulator. On the basis of performance requirement and for a longest septum life. the authors propose that the a value, when β=0.5, should be taken as the criterion for determination of the accumulator's charged pressure.
