摘要
根据双泵双回路全功率变量泵驱动的液压挖掘机的特点 ,详细地分析了该驱动方式下液压挖掘机回转机构的一般运动规律 .挖掘机作业时 ,转台运动分析满斗回转工况应按全功率变量泵系统考虑 ,而空斗返回工况应按定量泵系统考虑 .在此基础上建立计算模型 ,研制计算软件 .通过实例计算 ,完成了对 WY40液压挖掘机回转机构转台运动分析 ;得出相应的计算结果 。
Based on the characteristics of a hydraulic excavator driven by variable displacement pumps with total constant power control,the general motion law of the slewing mechanism of a hydraulic excavator is analyzed in detail.The kinetic analysis of the excavator with a full bucket is considered with variable displacment pump system and one with an empty bucket is considered with fixed displacement pump system while it works.The calculation patterns and the software under the basis of the kinetic analysis is established.It completes the kinetic analysis for the upper carriage of the slewing mechanism of WY40 hydraulic excavator through a real example and obtains the relevant results.Finally the dynamic diagrams are drawn up.
