摘要
目的:探讨外用本草养颜膏对小鼠衰老皮肤羟脯氨酸含量的影响。方法:将60只10月龄小鼠随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30只,分别于用药后第10天、20天、30天时颈椎脱臼处死,测量等同面积皮肤的重量和羟脯氨酸的含量。结果:用药10天时,皮肤重量和羟脯氨酸含量有增加现象,继续用药20天和30天后,与对照组比较,治疗组皮肤重量和羟脯氨酸含量明显增加(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:本草养颜膏外用可增加衰老皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量、促进皮肤胶原蛋白合成,具有延缓皮肤衰老的作用。
Objective：To explore the effect of herbaceous beauty parlour cream on the hydroxyproline content of mice with aging skin.Methods：60 mice with only 10 months old were randomly divided into control group（n=30） and treatment group（n= 30）.After 10 days,20 days and 30 days of treatment,mice were killed by cervical dislocation.The same area of skin,weight and hydroxyproline content were measured.Results：After 10 days of treatment,weight and hydroxyproline content of the skin increased.After 20 days and 30 days,compared with the control group,skin weight and hydroxyproline content significantly increased in the treatment group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Herbaceous beauty parlour cream for external use can increase the hydroxyproline content and promote skin collagen synthesis.It＇s further evidence that herbaceous beauty parlour cream can delay skin aging.
