摘要
通过测定大鼠全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)和血清羟脯氨酸来观察枣杞汤抗白酒对大鼠肝脏的损害与抗衰老作用.实验结果表明,枣杞汤有明显抑制白酒降低大鼠全血GSH-PX活性、升高SGPT活性的作用,显著提高大鼠血清羟脯氨酸含量的作用.说明枣杞汤具有抗白酒对大鼠肝脏的损害和抗衰老的作用.
Observed was the effect of Zao Qi Tang to resist white spirit injury in rat liver and prolong its life by determinating glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) of the whole blood of the rat, serum glutamic pyruric transminase (SGPT) and serum oxyprocine. The experimental result showed that Zao Qi Tang could inhibit obviously white spirit lowering GSH-PX activity of the whole blood of rat, raise the SGPT activity, and raise remarkably content of the serum oxyproline of the rat. It showed Zao Qi Tang functioned resisting the white spirit injuring the liver of the rat and prolonging its life.
