摘要
研究证实,大白鼠皮肤,尾腱中羟脯氨酸含量随着动物增龄而明显降低。给6月龄大白鼠饲喂一些天然营养食品35天后,其羟脯氨酸含量有明显提高(P<0.01)。表明胶原中的羟脯氨酸含量不仅与动物衰老有关,也与动物的营养成分有关。提示羟脯氨酸可作为动物衰老的生化指标。
The contents of hydroxyproline in the skin and the tail tendon of the 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 25, 30 month-old male rats were determined. The result showed that the contents of hydroxyproline decreases obviously as the increasing of animal age (P<0. 01). The contents of hydroxyproline were increased (P<0. 01) after natural health-keeping food was added to the normal forage. This indicates that the level of hydroxyproline is related to the animal age and can be regard- ed as one of the biochemical indices of aging.
