摘要
在pH6.5~8.8的水溶液中,作为氨基糖甙类广谱抗生素的卡那霉素与Cu2+离子迅速反应形成稳定的2∶1带正电荷络合物,其λmax为256nm,其表观ε为1.81×103L·mol-1·cm-1。卡那霉素含量在1.30~120mg/L范围内遵从比耳定律,并探讨了络合物的结构。该方法用于注射用硫酸卡那霉素样品中卡那霉素含量的测定,结果与常规的抗生素微生物法相比,具有简便和快速的优点。
Kanamycin reacts quickly with Cu 2+ ion to form a stable 2∶1 cationic complex in an aqueous solution of pH6.5 to 8.8.Its λ max is 256nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 1.81×10 3 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 1.30 to 120mg of kanamycin per liter.The structure of the complex was discussed.Satisfactory results have been achieved in applying the method to the determination of kanamycin in kanamycin sulfate injection sample.This method is superior to normal antibiotic microbiological method in simplicity,convenience and rapidity.
