氟喹诺酮类药物残留分析研究进展 被引量：15

摘要 随着氟喹诺酮类 (FQs)药物在食品动物中的广泛应用 ,致病菌对其耐药性逐渐增强 ,并且已发现某些FQs具有潜在致癌性 ,因此 ,其残留问题已引起广泛的关注。目前 ,国内有关兽用氟喹诺酮类药物在动物体残留的研究报道很少 ,但国外对其研究报道较多。用于检测FQs残留的方法有微生物法、免疫分析法、高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)、液相色谱 -质谱 (LC -MS)法等。笔者对国内外有关FQS的残留及研究方法进行了综述。
