摘要
通过对中部地区工业发展水平进行分析,中部地区工业化处于快速推进阶段。对这一阶段工业发展现状进行剖析可以发现,中部地区工业发展机制障碍较多、工业发展质量不高以及工业结构趋同严重。为了解决这些问题,文章从三个方面提出了转变工业发展方式的相关措施:一是转变工业化发展思想,实现工业发展体制、机制创新;二是转变工业发展路径,实现新型工业化产业创新;三是转变工业发展结构,实现工业产业的联动效应。
By analyzing,the industrialization is in a rapid development stage in the central region.Through analyzing the current situation of industrial development in this stage,the following problems can be found—institutional and mechanical obstacles are large in quantity during industrial development,the quality of industrial development is not very high,and industrial structural convergence is serious.To sole these problems,from three aspects this paper proposed related measures to change industrial development mode.First,changing the thinking of industrialized development and achieving industrial development system and mechanism innovation;second,changing the path of industrial development and achieving new industrialization innovation;third,changing in the structure of industrial development and achieving industrial linkage effects.
