摘要
目的分析某高校大学新生中存在一定心理健康问题的学生的构成和心理特点,同时比较两种心理调查方法的优劣。方法采用UPI调查问卷筛查总分≥25分的学生,用SCL-90症状自评量表评价9个因子的得分情况,并将男女生、城镇学生与农村学生的因子得分进行对比分析。结果 UPI一类学生的SCL-90的各因子得分显著高于全国常模,但在躯体化这一因子上与常模无统计学意义;UPI一类的男女生之间、城镇学生和农村学生SCL-90的各因子得分无统计学意义。结论 UPI的筛查结果和SCL-90的筛查结果差异较大;UPI的筛查简单明了,易于统计,SCL-90的筛查较为繁琐,但症状明晰,相对准确。
Objective To analysis the composition and psychological characteristics of freshmen with certain mental health problems, and compare the pros and cons of two kinds of psychological methods adopted. Methods To analysis and compare the mental health status of 165 freshmen of UPI questionnaire with total score ≥ 25 points with SCL - 90 scale. Results The scores of 165 students in all factors of SCL - 90 were clearly higher than the national norm, but no significant difference in the factor of body. There was no significant difference between boys ＇ and girls ＇ of the SCL - 90 scores in all factors, and the same as urban students and rural students. Conclusion There is distinct difference between UPI and SCL -90. UPI questionnaire is simple and easy understanding, but for SCL- 90 accurate and clear.
