摘要
为了解大学新生的心理健康状况,针对1694名大学新生进行了心理测试。根据 UPI(大学生人格问卷)的标准,有约2％的学生被筛出作为下一步咨询的对象。SCL-90(症状自 评量表)的结果表明,我校大学新生整体的心理健康状况显著高于平均水平,但在饮食、睡眠习惯 等因素上的水平偏低。一些因素如对所学专业的满意程度,近亲中有无重大精神问题与心理健康 水平有较高的相关性。本次心理测试为有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供了科学的依据。
To know the psychological condition of university freshmen, 1 694 freshmen from Beijing Institute of Machinery are chosen to be subjects of study. According to the standard of UPI, about 2 percent of subjects are screened out for the next consultation. The results of SCL-90 show that the mental health level of students in our institute is much higher than the average level. However, the levels in factors of diet and sleeping are lower. The results of the research also show that some factors such as degree of satisfaction with their fields and students'relative with major mental problems have a close relation with the level of mental health. Scientific evidence can be supplied by this research for carrying on the psychological educational process.
