大学新生生命意义感与心理健康状况的相关研究 被引量:79

Relationship between Life Meaning Feeling and Mental Health Status of College Freshmen

摘要 目的了解大学新生生命意义感现状,分析大学新生生命意义感及其心理健康状况之间的关系。方法本研究随机抽取成都市某高校大学新生194名,使用《生活目的测试》及《症状自评量表》进行问卷调查。结果 152.1%的大学新生的生活目标及意义不明确,34.0%的学生处于生命无意义状态;2自主感、逃避的得分在不同性别之间存在显著差异(F=7.64,P<0.01;F=6.58,P<0.05),自主感、逃避的得分以及生命意义感总分在不同学科类别之间存在差异(F=7.56,P<0.01;F=6.18,P<0.05;F=4.83,P<0.05);3生命意义感总分与"偏执"因子呈显著负相关(r=-0.17,P<0.05);4"对未来期待"可以显著预测心理健康状况(β=-0.18,P<0.05)。结论大学新生生命意义感状况不容乐观;生命意义感与心理健康状况密切相关。 Objective To understand the status of life meaning feeling of college freshmen,and study the relationship between life meaning feeling and mental health status.Methods The research adopted the stratified random sampling method.A total of 194 college freshmen in Chengdu were surveyed by using PIL and SCL-90.Results ①About 52.1% students were not to be clear at the life meaning and 34.0% students had no life meaning.②The scores of self-control and escape were significantly different in different sex(F=7.64,P0.01;F=6.58,P0.05);the score of self-control,escape and life meaning were significantly different in different specialties(F=7.56,P0.01;F=6.18,P0.05;F=4.83,P0.05).③The life meaning significantly negatively correlated with the score of paranoididefition(r=-0.17,P0.05).④The hope for the future had significant prediction on mental health status(β=-0.18,P0.05).Conclusion The life meaning feeling condition of college freshmen is unoptimistic.Life meaning feeling has a close relation with mental health status.
