摘要
对云南松毛虫(Dendrolimus houi)、思茅松毛虫(D.kikuchii)、德昌松毛虫(D.punctatrs techangensis)和文山松毛虫(D.punctatus wenshanensis)蛹和成虫的营养价值进行了全面的比较和评价。4种松毛虫蛹和成虫的蛋白质质量分数在53.55%~68.30%。测定出18种氨基酸,分别含有10种必需氨基酸,脂肪质量分数在6.56%~26.46%,代谢能在13.734~19.866kJ/g。在脂肪酸组成中,饱和脂肪酸的质量分数在36.25%~50.22%,不饱和脂肪酸在48.66%~63.46%。这4种昆虫还含有丰富的维生素A、C、E等,以及各种矿物元素。从营养学的角度,为松毛虫的资源化深入研究提供了科学依据。
The nutritional composition of four species of pine caterpillars, Dendrolimus houi, D. kikuchii, D. punctatrs techangensis, and D. punctatus wenshanensis was determined and compared. Results show that the crude protein contents in both the pupae and moths of the four species of pine caterpillars range from 53.55% to 68.30%, the fat content from 6.56% to 26.46%, metabolic energy from 13.734 to 19.866kJ/g, the saturated fatty acids from 36.25% to 50.22%, and unsaturated fatty acids from 48.66% to 63.46%. Eighteen kinds of amino acids were detected in the four species of pine caterpillars, among which 10 kinds of amino acids are essential amino acids. These pine caterpillars are also an important source of vitamins and minerals.
