摘要
目的:观察大隐静脉剥脱术和低位分段结扎术联合湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗下肢静脉曲张合并溃疡的治疗效果。方法:对36例下肢静脉曲张性溃疡的患者,先进行下肢曲张静脉分段结扎术,然后对溃疡面充分清创,外涂湿润烧伤膏,无菌纱布包扎,每天换药2次。结果:36例患者治疗4周后,34例均痊愈或好转,有效率达94.5%。结论:采用大隐静脉剥脱术和低位分段结扎术联合MEBO治疗下肢静脉曲张合并溃疡疗效确切,效果满意。
Objects： To observe the therapeutic effect of MEBO in treating lower limb varicose ulcers with great saphenous vein stripping and low position sub - ligation combined with MEBO. Method： 36 cases of lower limb varicose were involved. Firstly, lower hmb varicose vein was made legation, then the wounds was conducted fully debridement, and MEBO oil gauze was applied to the wounds. The dressing change was made 2 times per day. Results： Of 36 patients, 34 patients cured or improved after 4 weeks of treatment with effective rate of 94.5%. Conclusion： It can obtain the satisfactory effect to treat lower limb varicose ulcers with great saphenous vein stripping and low position sub - ligation combined with MEBO.
