摘要
目要：回顾下肢静脉曲张的外科治疗进展，介绍一种治疗下肢静脉曲张的手术方法。方法：随访应用大隐静脉高位结扎顺行剥脱术治疗的患者２０４例（２２８条患肢），随访率９２．５％，平均随访时间２．６ａ。结果：手术效果满意，与传统术式相比，采用该术式可大大缩短术后病人的住院及恢复时间，患肢术后无明显瘢痕，美观程度高，复发率低（１．７５％）。结论：该法操作简单，合理，值得推广。
Objective:A new operative technique for treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremity and its advantages were introduced.Methods:204 cases(228 limbs)were treated with the new opera-tive technique ascending stripping of the long saphenous vein. Results:Of all the 204 cases (228 limbs),191 cases(92.5%)were followed-up on an average of 2. 6 years andthe results are very satis-factory.The new technique could decrease the patient's hospital stay and have the plastic effect.The recurrent rate is very low(1.92%). Concluslon:The new technique is worth recommending.
