摘要
目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(简称:MEBO)治疗蛇咬伤创面的临床疗效。方法:将42例蛇咬伤患者随机分为MEBO治疗组和对照组。MEBO治疗组用MEBO治疗,对照组采用雷佛奴尔纱布包扎治疗。结果:ME-BO能控制蛇咬伤创面感染,改善创面血液及淋巴循环,促进创面肉芽组织和上皮组织再生。MEBO组治疗14天总有效率为95.24%,优于对照组(P<0.05);MEBO组创面的平均痊愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MEBO治疗蛇咬伤创面的临床疗效好,应用方便,值得推广。
Objects： To observe the therapeutic effect of MEBO in the treatment of snakebite wound. Method： 42 patients were divided into two groups randomly, i. e. treatment group and control group. The patients in treating group were treated with MEBO, and the patients in control group were cared with rivanol gauze. Result： The total effective rate in MEBO group after 14 days of treatment was 95. 24% , which was superior to that in control group （P 〈0. 05） . The average wound healing time in MEBO group was shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： MEBO can control infection of snakebite wound, improve blood and lymph circulation and promote granulation tissue growth and epithelial regeneration. So it is worthy of population due to good clinical effect and easy to use.
