摘要
目的了解泌尿生殖道支原体属的感染情况及其耐药性,为临床诊断、抗菌药物治疗提供可靠依据。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的试剂盒IST2进行支原体的培养、鉴定及药敏试验。结果 1262例患者中支原体属阳性546例,总的感染阳性率为43.26%;其中解脲脲支原体(Uu)单独感染阳性例数最多占首位(436例),Uu+人支原体(Mh)混合感染位列第2(92例),Mh单独感染阳性例数最少居末位第3(18例);Uu单独感染阳性率(79.85%)>Uu+Mh混合感染阳性率(16.85%)或(和)Mh单独感染阳性率(3.30%);药敏试验结果表明,Uu、Mh、和Uu+Mh混合感染对9种抗菌药物的敏感性各不相同,但对交沙霉素、多西环素、普那霉素均显示高度敏感,对环丙沙星、氧氟沙星都有较高的耐药性。结论泌尿生殖道支原体的感染以Uu单独感染为主,其次为Uu+Mh混合感染和Mh单独感染;治疗应根据培养、药敏试验结果结合药物的药代动力学,合理地选择抗菌药物或及时地调整使用的抗菌药物至关重要。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection status of Mycoplasma taceae [Ureaplasma urealyticus (Uu), and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh)] in urogenital tract and their susceptibility to antibiotics, and to provide reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis and antimicrobial therapy. METHODS The IST2 kit produced of bioMerieux Company in France was used to measure the culture, identification and antibiotics sensitivity test of mycoplasma. RESULTS Among 1262 cases, 546 cases were infected with mycoplasmas, the overall positive rate was 43.26%. From them, the infection of Uu alone occupied the first place (436 cases, 79.85%), higher than the Uu+Mh mixed infection (92 cases, 16. 85%), and the Mh infection alone (18 cases, 3. 30%). The result of drug sensitivity test showed that Uu, Mh and Uu+Mh had different drug resistance to the 9 antibiotics supplied in the kit. But they all showed high sensitivity to josamycin, doxycycline and pristinamycin, and higher drug rsistance to ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin. CONCLUSIONS The Uu, Mh and Uu+Mh infectivity differs in different regions. So it is necessary to understand the prevalence and pattern of their infection in local area in order to effectively control infection. Empiric medication may choose josamycin and doxycycline. It is very important to select antibiotic rationally and readjust used antibiotic promptly according to 'the result of cultivation, drug susceptibility tests and the pharmacokinetics of the drugs during the clinical therapy.
