豚鼠耳蜗SP和SP受体分布的免疫组织化学研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究P物质(SP)和SP受体在豚鼠耳蜗的分布.方法:采用兔抗SP血清、兔抗SP受体血清和免疫组织化学ABC法及葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-镍(GDN)染色技术.结果:在Corti器各圈均可见SP样免疫反应阳性的纤维和终末,以顶回及底回分布密集.阳性纤维从骨螺旋板向内外毛细胞区呈放射状分布,纤维呈串珠状,含明显的膨体.阳性的终末位于内、外毛细胞的底部.耳蜗各回均可见SP受体样阳性反应,其分布状态与SP阳性终末的分布状态相似,表现为内、外毛细胞底部的圆形、椭圆形结构. Objective: To investigate the distribution of substance P (SP) and SP receptor (SPR) in the cochlea of guinea pigs. Methods: Rabbit serum against SP and SPR immunohistochemical ABC method and glucose oxidase DAB nickle technique were used in this study. Results: The results showed that SP IR positive fibers and terminals could be seen in all the four turns of the cochlea, densely populated in the apical and basal turns. The positive fibers emerged like a string of beads and were radially distributed from osseous spiral laminal to the inner and outer hair cell region. The positive terminals were located in the inner and outer hair cell bases. The SPR like positive products could also be seen in all the cochlear spirals. The distribution pattern of the SPR in the cochlea was similar to that of SP positive endings, either round or ovoid in shape. Conclusion: SP may play an important role in the primary auditory afferent processes.
