摘要
目的了解非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者支原体属感染及耐药性,为临床诊疗及合理用药提供依据。方法对2010年1月-2011年12月医院收治的65例NGU患者进行解脲脲支原体(Uu)、人支原体(Mh)培养鉴定,并对阳性标本进行9种抗菌药物药敏试验。结果 65例NGU患者支原体属培养阳性46例,阳性率为70.77%,其中Uu阳性率40.00%,Mh阳性率6.15%,Uu+Mh阳性率24.62%;女性Uu阳性率和Uu+Mh阳性率分别为46.15%、33.33%,均显著高于男性30.77%、11.54%(P<0.05);支原体属对9种抗菌药物敏感性较强的是交沙霉素、克拉霉素及普那霉素,敏感率分别为93.48%、86.95%、84.78%,而对环丙沙星、氧氟沙星及红霉素的耐药率较高,耐药率分别为93.48%、82.61%及78.26%。结论 NGU患者支原体属感染以Uu和Uu+Mh混合感染为主,且耐药性严重,临床中对NGU的治疗应根据药敏结果合理使用抗菌药物,以减少耐药菌株的产生。
OBJECTIVE To understand the drug resistance of Mycoplasma causing infections in the patients with non-gonocoeeal urethritis(NGU) so as to provide basis for the clinical treatment and reasonable use of antibiotics. METHODS Ureaplasrna urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma horninis (Mh) in 65 NGU patients who enrolled the hospital from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011 were cultured and tested, and the drug susceptibility testing for 9 antibiotics was performed. RESULTS Of totally 65 NGU patients, there were 46 cases with Mycoplasma cultured positive, and the positive rate was 70.77 %, the positive rate of Uu was 40.00 %, the positive rate of Mh was 6. 15 %, and the positive rates of Mh+Uu was 24.62%; the positive rate of Uu of the female patients was 46.15%, significantly higher than 30.77% of the male patients, and the positive rate of Uu+Mh of the female patients was 33.33%, significantly higher than 11.54% of the male patients (P〈0.05). Among the nine commonly used antibiotics, the Mycoplasma were highly susceptible to josamycin (93. 48%), clarithromyein (86. 95%) and pristinamycin (84.78%), and were highly resistant to ciprofloxacin (93. 48%), ofloxacin (82. 61%) and erythromycin (78.26%). CONCLUSION Uu and Uu+Mh are dominant in the Mycoplasrna infections in the NGU patients and are highly drug-resistant. It is necessary for the hospital to reasonably use antibiotics to treat the NGU patients based on the results of the drug susceptibility testing so as to reduce the drug resistant strains.
