摘要
针对电阻炉在实际应用过程中对温度控制的要求及其所具有的时滞性、非线性、模型结构不确定等特点,结合模糊控制技术和常规PID控制方法,设计了模糊自整定PID控制器。运用Matlab软件的Simulink建立电阻炉温度控制系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制相对于常规PID控制方法,系统的适应能力更强、控制精度更高、动态性能更好。
In connection with the characteristics of time-delay,nonlinera and uncertain model structure of the temperature con- trol system about resistance stove in the practical application,a fuzzy self-tuning PID control is presented with combining on method of fuzzy and traditional PID control in this paper. The simulation model of resistance stove is established by using Simulink in Mat- lab,and the result of simulation indicates that the method of fnzzy-PID control can make the system possessed the characteristics of outstanding adaptability,satisfactory control accuracy and good dynamic performance than that of traditional PID control.
