摘要
全自动生化分析仪开发研制中的一个重要组成部分是温控系统的设计,被检样品和试剂只有在指定的温度下检测才能保证生化检验结果的可靠性。设计了一种基于ARM9处理器的温控系统,结合嵌入式Linux操作系统,实现模糊自整定PID控制算法,具有控制精度高,响应快,稳定性、实时性好等优点。
Research of the temperature control system is an important development and manufacturing process of the automatic biochemistry analyzer instrument.In order to make the results reliable,the test samples and reagents must be detected only in the given temperature.Based on ARM9 processor,an fuzzy self-tuning PID temperature controller is designed combining with Linux embeded system for the control system.Experiment results are shown that the Fuzzy-PID control algorithm with self-tuning ability has high accuracy,rapid respond,good real-time capability and good stability performance.
