矿用防爆电磁阀试验装置的研究与设计

摘要 介绍了一种矿用防爆电磁阀试验装置的设计及工作原理。该装置可依据煤炭行业标准对矿用防爆电磁阀进行检验,阐述了其液压系统和测控系统方案,采用压力闭环控制技术实现了系统压力的稳定调节,具有较高的自动化水平。利用该装置对矿用防爆电磁阀进行了性能测试,结果表明该装置稳定可靠,对矿用防爆电磁阀的设计及检验具有重要意义。 Introduced the design and working principle of a mining explosion-proof electromagnetic valve testing device.The device can inspect the mine explosion-proof electromagnetic valve according to the coal industry standard,and expounded the scheme of the hydraulic system and the measurement and control system.The pressure closed-loop control technology was used to realize the stable adjustment of the system pressure,which has a high level of automation.The performance test of the mining explosion-proof electromagnetic valve was conducted using this device,and the results showed that the device was stable and reliable,which has great significance for the design and inspection of mining explosion-proof electromagnetic valve.
