摘要
通过调查,发现民族地区中小学教师职业压力甚重。分析教师职业压力的现状及其原因,并提出缓解教师职业压力的基本对策有一定的现实意义。
Based on a survey, this paper makes a research on the present issue of professional pressure to school teachers in multi-national areas. It analyzes the main causes leading to such situation and put forwords some strategies for alleviating the pressure to school teachers.
