摘要
服务外包在我国兴起的时间虽然不长,但目前服务外包在我国实践中得到了广泛的发展,极大地促进了我国经济的发展。当前,如何快速发展服务外包产业,其关键问题之一是如何建设服务外包人力资源。通过分析服务外包业的人力资源的现状及其存在的问题,探讨了服务外包人力资源建设的对策,为促进我国服务外包产业的快速发展提供了一种思路。
It has not been long since the emergence of service outsourcing in China, but it has been developed quickly, which has greatly pushed our economy forward. At present, the key to the rapid development of the service outsourcing industry is the construction of human resources. By analyzing the current situation and the problems, this paper deals with ways to construct human resources in service outsourcing, and provides a kind concept in order to further develop the service outsourcing industry.
