摘要
新疆旅游人力资源是影响新疆旅游能否持续发展的关键因素之一。本文对新疆旅游人力资源的现状进行了分析,指出了新疆旅游人力资源存在的一系列问题。并根据新疆旅游“十一五”规划对新疆旅游人力资源进行了预测,提出了今后新疆旅游人力资源具体开发对策。
The human resources of Xinjiang tourism is one of the key factors which affect the sustainable development of Xinjiang tourism. This paper analyzes the current situation of human resources of Xinjiang tourism and points out a series of questions of human resources of Xinjiang. This paper predicts the human resources of Xinjiang tourism according to the ＂11^th five-year plan＂ of Xinjiang tourism and proposes the countermeasures of development of the human resources of Xinjiang tourism under the new situation as well.
