摘要
物流业务外包人才是复合型人才,而职业院校培养物流业务外包人才没有经验可借鉴。本文首先分析了物流业务外包的内容与现状,其次对物流外包人才应具备的知识与能力进行了归纳与总结,接着提出建立"2+3矩阵"式人才培养课程体系,最后总结了在培养物流服务外包人才时应注意的几个关键问题。
