摘要
从学校内部着手增强高校凝聚力的对策包括:制定共同目标,丰富工作特征,设计合理组织结构,建立科学管理制度,建设优美、舒适、人文关怀、积极向上的校园文化,提升管理者魅力,运用恰当管理方式,形成融洽人际关系。
The countermeasures from the internal factors that strengthen the cohesion in universities and colleges are to formulate common goals,enrich professional characteristics,design rational organizational structures,establish scientific management institutions,construct exquisite,comfortable,loving and motivation campus culture,promote the manager’s charm,select the appropriate management and form a harmonious interpersonal relationship.
