摘要
高校工会是校园文化建设中的组织者、号召者、引导者和实践者,其通过充分参与校园的物质文化、制度文化和精神文化建设,发挥出精神调剂、宣传教育、拓展知识和团结凝聚作用。真正充分发挥高校工会在校园文化建设中作用的关键是工会干部素质的提高。
Trade union in colleges and universities is the organizer,guider and practitioner in campus culture construction.Trade unions play the role of spirit reliever,publicity and education,expanding knowledge and unity and cohesion.The key of giving full play of trade union＇s role in campus culture construction is to improve the quality of trade union cadres.
