摘要
从截留分子量为30 kDa的再生纤维素膜,孔径为0.2μm的聚偏氟乙烯膜、聚四氟乙烯膜、聚醚砜膜中筛选耐乙酸乙酯腐蚀的膜材料及提取液膜纯化的工艺条件。结果表明,截留分子量为30 kDa的再生纤维素膜是番茄皮色素提取液纯化的最适膜材料,纯化过滤最优条件为:压力0.10 MPa、温度35℃。应用膜分离技术纯化番茄皮色素提取液可使杂质截留率平均达到60%以上,而色素损失率在10%以内。
The extraction of Lycopene was to select the suitable membrane from regenerated cellulose with 30 kDa molecular weight, polyvinylidene difluoride, polytetrafluoroethylene, Fluon, polyether sulfone with 0.2 μm pore diameter. It also researches the techniques of purifying process of extracting liquid membrane. The result indicated that regenerated cellulose membrane with 30 kDa enterception molecular materials were the optimal ones for extracting lycopone. The optimal condition of purification fiter was 0.10 MPa pressure,35℃ temperatrue. The purification of Lycopene was applied to increase enterception rate of impurity above 60% and loss rate of lyeopene was less than 10%.
