摘要
论述牛奶中残留抗生素的原因,列举商品化牛奶中抗生素残留的快速检测方法和试剂盒。主要的检测方法有微生物检测法、理化检测法、免疫法,并介绍其检测原理。
The reason of antibiotics residues are discussed in this paper.The methods and rapid test kits for the detection for commercial antibiotics residues in milk were reviewed.The principle,detection sensitivity,specifications and their uses were introduced.There are three kinds of principle.One is the microbial inhibition.The second is physics-chemistry method,the third is based on the immune receptor tests.
