左旋氨氯地平和氨氯地平对高血压患者血清hs-CRP和血管内皮功能的影响对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究左旋氨氯地平与氨氯地平对高血压患者血清hs-CRP和血管内皮功能的影响。方法在2012年9月~2012年12月期间从我院抽取高血压患者80例,随机分为“氨氯地平”组(A组)和“左旋氨氯地平”组(B组)各40例。于治疗前后监测血压;血清hs-CRP浓度,内皮素(endothelin,ET)。结果A组和B组治疗高血压总有效率分别为86.75%和89.52%,治疗后组间比较,B组SBP和DBP血压下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,分别为P=0.048和P=0.041);B组血清hs-CRP和ET下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,分别为P=0.006和P=0.018)。结论和氨氯地平相比,左旋氨氯地平片能更有效降低血压,并且能更好的改善血管内皮功能,从而延迟动脉粥样硬化的产生。 Objective To explore the effect of L-amlodipine and amlodipine on serum hs-CRP and vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension. Methods 80 patients with hypertension were selected from September 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital, who were randomly divided into the amlodipine group(group A) and the L-amlodipine group(group B), each group had 40 cases.The blood pressure, serum hs-CRP level and endothelin(ET) were measured before and after the treatment. Results The treatment total effective rate of the group A and B were 86.75% and 89.52% respectively. Compared with the group A after the treatment, the SBP and DBP of the group B decreased more significantly, the differences were statistically significant(P=0.048, 0.041, respectively), and the serum hs-CRP and ET level of the group B were markedly lower, the differences were statistically significant(P=0.006, 0.018, respectively). Conclusion Compared with amlodipine, L-amlodipine can significantly lower the blood pressure, significantly improve the vascular endothelial function to delay the progression of atherosclerosis.
