Purification Process of Prunus Humilis Bunge Red Pigment

摘要 采用超滤及大孔树脂吸附处理纯化欧李红色素粗提液,确定影响纯化效率的主要参数。结果表明:欧李红色素粗提液先经超滤处理,工艺条件为操作压力0.2 MPa、上样浓度0.3 mg/mL、温度40℃,再采用Amberlite XAD-7HP大孔树脂进行纯化,工艺条件为上样浓度10 mg/mL,上样流速3.0 mL/min,70%乙醇为洗脱溶剂,洗脱流速为3.0 mL/min。结合处理得到的欧李红色素纯度显著提高,为鲜红色粉末状,色价为10.9。 The coarse extract of Prunus humilis Bunge red pigment purified by ultra-filtration and macroporous resin adsorption.The main parameters to affect the purification efficiency were found.The results showed that Prunus humilis Bunge red pigment purified by ultra-filtration,under a filtration pressure 0.2 MPa,an operation temperature at 40 ℃.The initial concentration was 0.3 mg/mL.Then it purified by Amberlite XAD-7HP macroporous resin.The initial concentration was 10mg/mL at rate of 3.0 mL/min and it was eluted by 70 % ethanol at rate of 3.0 mL/min.Finally,the red pigment purity of Prunus humilis Bunge was reached.It is bright red powder and the color value is 10.9.
