摘要
选用了不同的化学清洗剂对大豆分离蛋白污染的聚砜超滤膜进行了清洗实验研究。结果表明 :对于污染层中最外边的松散污染层 ,水力清洗非常有效 ;对于污染层中的静电吸附层和与静电吸附层牢固吸附的表面层 ,在不破坏膜结构的基础上 ,单一化学清洗剂中十二烷基磺酸钠 ( SDS)的清洗效率最高 ,膜的水通量的恢复率达到60 .6%。此外 ,质量分数 0 .5 %的 Na OH溶液 ,质量分数 0 .3 %的 SDS溶液 ,质量分数 0 .3 %的 HCl溶液和反冲洗之间的不同组合方式的联合清洗效果明显优于单一化学清洗剂 ,并以 Na OH +SDS +反冲洗的联合清洗效果最佳 ,膜的水通量的恢复率达到 92 .2 %。
The paper is aimed at presenting the author's research into the rinsing effect on the ultrafiltration membranes fouled by soybean protein isolate in food industry. As is known, fouling of the ultrafiltration membranes in food industry is mostly caused by the precipitation of proteins, fats, minerals and microorganisms. In addition to guaranteeing the successful going on with the hygienic operation, chemical rinsing of the membrane is also needed to maintain the consistent permeability and selectivity of the membrane system. The experiment for optimizing the chemical rinsing process for a polysulfone(PS) ultrafiltration membrane fouled due to the above separation. The rinsing process has been carried out with the sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium hypochlorite (NaClO), hydrochloric acid (HCl), or sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) as the rinsing agent. The rinsing power of the process can be evaluated by the measurement of the variation of water permeability. Then a three-step rinsing mechanism was postulated, which led to the development of a combined rinsing technology. The author's experiment results indicate that the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution has had obvious impact on the rinsing effect, which can be positive when the concentration varies from 0.5% up to 0.8%. In spite of its great efficiency in foul-rinsing, sodium hypochlorite has to be used with care as it may damage the structure of PS membrane. However, the results also reveal that, although SDS has the best rinsing ability with the FR being recovered to 60.6%, the rinsing efficiency of the hydrochloric acid has been proved comparatively lower. In order to improve the rinsing efficiency, the author of this paper has investigated forward a new system of the combined rinsing processing techniques, which is actually the different versions of combination between sodium hydroxide and SDS with back washing, which can be used as a rinsing method to optimize the cleaning efficiency with the polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane fouled by soybean protein isolate.
