摘要
本文使用弧熔法晶体生长技术生长出了结晶完整,光学质量好的φ20×30mm氧化镁单晶;讨论了生长工艺对晶体质量的影响,并对晶体生长习性进行了分析讨论,指出了生长高质量大尺寸单晶的途径;同时对晶体的各项基本物理性能进行了测试分析。
In this paper the growth of magnesium oxide crystals by themethod of electric are fusion is described, and optimal conditions for thegrowth of large sized high quality MgO crystals are given. MgO crystals ofdimensions up to φ 20×30mm with good optical homogeneities and perfectconfigurations were grown by this method, and their basic physical propertieswere determined and analazed.
