摘要
本文报导了一种新的非线性光学晶体材料——二水异硫氰酸锌[zn(NCS)_2·2H_2O,简称ZITC]单晶的生长、结构及其非线性光学性质。
Zinc isothiocyanate dihydrate [Zn(NCS)_2·2H_2O, (ZITC)] have been reported in this paper The crystal structure, single crystal growth, linear and nonlinear optical properties of ZITC are also diseribed in detail This crystal belongs to orthohombie system; space group P2_12_12_1 and the unit cell parameters are a=7.533, b=8.547, c=12.844A, z=4. The cutoff wavelength is 270nm and the second order NLO coefficient d_(25)=1.45×10^(-9)esu.
