摘要
市民社会理论的核心问题是在国家与社会之间划界,确定国家与社会的合理边界,并提出解决二者关系问题的理想方案。这种理论范式所表现出来的学术价值与社会意义是毋庸置疑的,也是应该肯定的。但是,像其他任何一种社会政治学说一样,市民社会理论范式也有其特定的问题阈和历史阈。随着西方社会变迁,它也遇到了来自理论与实践的多重挑战,其学术局限性愈加凸显。所以,超越传统市民社会理论范式,建构适应当今社会发展需要的新的理论模式已成为社会政治理论发展的一种现实要求。而在市民社会理论羽翼下生长起来的公共领域理论所具有的学术特征表明,它可以承担起这一理论重任,为政治哲学理论范式的未来发展提供一种可能的选择。
The essential problem of the civil society theory is the delimitation between nation and society,and it demands an ideal blue print to balance the relationship between the two.There is no doubt about the academic value and social significance of the theory mode,but with the changing of the western society,it is facing more and more theoretical and practical challenges,which shows more and more clearly its academic limitation.Thus it has become a realistic requirement to surpass the traditional mode of civil society and construct a new mode for the present social development.The theory of public sphere can fulfill the task to provide a possible choice for the further development of the mode of political philosophy.
