摘要
目的：探讨中药补肾复方对老年人外周血单核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）增殖反应及膜流动性的影响。方法：选择老年人肾虚证患者给予补肾复方、治疗前后运用ＭＴＴ比色法检测ＰＢＭＣ对植物血凝素（ＰＨＡ）刺激的增殖反应，同时运用荧光偏振技术以ＤＰＨ（１，６－二苯基，１，３，５－己三烯）为荧光探剂检测ＰＢＭＣ膜流动性。结果：补肾复方可以改善老年人肾虚证症状，并能提高其降低的增殖反应和膜流动性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：补肾复方增强老年人肾虚证患者细胞免疫功能。
Objective:The present paper was aimed to investigate the influence of Chinese traditional Tonifying Kidney Herbs (TKH) upon the proliferative response and the membrane fluidity of PBMC in the aged. Methods:Eleven aged patients with functional kidney deficiency were selected and treated with TKH. The proliferative response of PBMC to PHA by means of MTT before and after treatment, and the membrane fluidity of PBMC was tested by using DPH as fluorescent probe. Results:The proliferative response and membrane fluidity of PBMC were signicanfly improved after TKH treatment ( P <0.05) as compared with the controls. Conclusion:Chinese TKH may improve the cellular immunity of the aged with functional kidney deficiency by the possible way of enhancing the proliferative response and membrane fluidity of PBMC.
