生津润燥颗粒对干燥综合征模型小鼠的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究生津润燥颗粒对干燥综合征模型小鼠的影响。方法:利用免疫诱导法建立干燥综合征小鼠模型,考察生津润燥颗粒对模型小鼠颌下腺组织形态学变化、颌下腺与胸腺脏器指数及唾液分泌量的影响,同时观察小鼠血液T淋巴细胞阳性率及脾脏T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞增殖能力。结果:生津润燥颗粒能促进干燥综合征模型小鼠颌下腺组织修复,增加颌下腺指数,降低胸腺指数,增加唾液分泌量,并使血液T淋巴细胞阳性率及脾脏T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞增殖转化能力降低。结论:生津润燥颗粒对干燥综合征模型小鼠具有一定的治疗作用。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the therapeutic effect of ShengJin runzao granule on BALB/C mice of Sjogren's syndrome.METHODS:Sjogren's syndrome model were induced with immune inducement method.The effect of Shengjin runzao granule on the morphology of glandula angularis,organ index of glandula angularis and thymus gland and volume of salivary secretion were determined.Meanwhile,the positive rate of T lymphocytes of mice blood,and proliferation ability of T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte of mice spleen were measured.RESULTS:Shengjin runzao granule could improve repair of glandula angularis,increase glandula angularis index and volume of salivary secretion and decrease thymus gland index,positive rate of T lymphocytes of mice blood and proliferation ability of T lymphocyte and B lymphocyte of mice spleen.CONCLUSION:Shengjin runzao granule has therapeutic effect on sjogren's syndrome mice.
