生津润燥颗粒对干燥综合征模型大鼠及迟发型超敏反应的影响

摘要 目的考察生津润燥颗粒(紫苑、北沙参、桃仁、乌梅、石膏、麦冬等)对干燥综合征模型大鼠及迟发型超敏反应的影响。方法利用弗氏佐剂和三联疫苗制备干燥综合征大鼠模型,观察模型大鼠的饮水量及血清中IgG、Fas、Fas-L、TNF-α、IL-2R水平;另外以2,4-二硝基氯苯诱发小鼠迟发型超敏反应,观察小鼠耳肿胀率、脾脏系数和胸腺系数。结果生津润燥颗粒能显著降低干燥综合征模型大鼠饮水量及血清中IgG、Fas、Fas-L、TNF-α、IL-2R水平;同时能明显降低迟发型超敏反应小鼠耳肿胀率及脾脏指数。结论生津润燥颗粒对干燥综合征模型大鼠具有一定的治疗作用,干预迟发型超敏反应是其发挥作用的环节之一。 AIM To investigate the effects of Shengjin Runzao Granule(Asteris Radix et Rhizoma,Glehniae Radix,Persicae Semen,Mume Fructus,Gypsum Fibrosum,Ophiopogonis Radix,et al) on rats with Sjgren's syndrome related to delayed type hypersensitivity.METHODS Rats with Sjgren's syndrome were induced by Freund's adjuvant in combination with triple vaccine,and their water intake and IgG、Fas、Fas-L、TNF-α、IL-2R levels in serum were analyzed.Moreover,delayed type hypersensitivity was induced with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene in mice,and ear engorgement ratio,spleen index and thymus index were determined.RESULTS Shengjin Runzao Granule could significantly decrease water intake and serum IgG、Fas、Fas-L、TNF-α、IL-2R levels of Sjgren's syndrome rats.Meanwhile,obviously decreased ear engorgement rate and spleen index were observed in mice of delayed type hypersensitivity with treatment of Shengjin Runzao Granule.CONCLUSION Shengjin Runzao Granule has potentially therapeutic effect on Sjgren's syndrome,and plays key role in inhibition against the delayed type hypersensitivity.
