摘要
目的:观察腰痛宁胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:将86例类风湿性关节炎患者随机均分为治疗组与对照组。对照组针灸外膝眼(双)、阳陵泉(双)、血海(双)、梁丘(双)、足三里(双)、阿是穴,并配以辨症取穴,每日1次,留针40min;治疗组给予腰痛宁胶囊5粒,qd,口服。治疗前及治疗后10、20、30d对类风湿性关节炎症状改善情况进行评分,并于治疗后30d评定治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗后各时间点评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),且显效率及总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组未见不良反应发生,治疗组有2例轻微不良反应但不影响治疗及其效果。结论:腰痛宁胶囊可有效改善类风湿性关节炎症状,临床疗效明显且不良反应较轻微。
OBJECTIVE： To observe therapeutic efficacy of Yaotongning capsules in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS： 86 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into Yaotongning capsule group and control group with 43 cases in each group. Control group was given acupuncture on waixiyan （double）, yanglingquan （double）, xuehai （double）, liangqiu （double）, zusanli （double）, a’shi acupoint, and chose acupoints dialectically, once per day, detention for 40 min. Treatment group was given Yaotongning capsule 5 pieces orally once per day. Before treatment and 10 d, 20 d and 30 d after treatment, the symptom score of rheumatoid arthritis improvement was conducted, and therapeutic efficacy was evaluated 30 d after treatment. RESULTS： The symptom score of Yaotongning group at different time points were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）, and obvious effective rate and total effective rate were higher than those in control group （P〈0.01）. Control group has no adverse reactions abd treatment group has 2 cases of mild adverse reactions. CONCLUSION： Yaotongning capsules can effectively improve rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, clinical curative effect is significant without obvious side effects.
