摘要
以杂交水稻5个优势亲本的成熟胚为材料,研究分化培养阶段添加铜元素对籼稻成熟胚组织培养的影响。结果表明:铜元素能够有效地降低愈伤组织褐化率、提高愈伤组织分化频率;不同品种对同一铜元素浓度或同一品种对不同铜元素浓度反应差异很大。
Effects of copper on mature embryo tissue culture of Indica rice in differentiation period were studied by using mature embryo of five superiority parents lines as explants.The results indicated that the browning rate of callus was reduced and the differentiation rate was improved greatly by copper;different varieties displayed different sensitivities to same concentration of copper or the same variety displayed different sensitivities to different concentrations of copper.
