摘要
可持续发展评价是建设项目评价体系中崭新的内容。文章在介绍可持续发展评价由来的基础上,探讨了建设项目可持续发展的内涵、建设项目可持续发展评价的应用模式、指标体系和评价方法的研究现状及存在的问题,为基于项目的可持续发展评价研究提供参考。
Sustainable development evaluation is the new content in evaluation system of construction projects. Based on the introduction to the origin of sustainable development evaluation, this paper analyzed the connotation and the application mode of sustainable development for construction projects. The current status and problems about the index system and evaluation methods were discussed. The paper aims to provide the references to the research on the sustainable development evaluation based on projects.
