摘要
对可持续性问题研究与实践的探索,FIDIC表现得更为积极,并将项目可持续性管理的概念转变成一套比较完整的理论体系。文章在研究该理论的背景,指标体系的构成、建立、调整以及测试与改良的基础上,对可持续性管理的理论与指标体系形成了一个框架性的认识,并提出了用主成分分析法来评价项目可持续性管理指标的数学模型。以浦东国际机场二期扩建工程为例,制定了该项目的主要可持续指标,对问卷调查的样本数据进行主成分分析,从而确定了可持续性的关键指标以及下一步可持续性管理工作的重点。
FIDIC always actively engages in the research and practical exploration of sustainability,and transform the concept of Project Sustainability Management(PSM) to a relatively complete set of theory system.On the basis of introducing the background of PSM and the composition,establishment,adjustment,testing and reforming of its indicators system,the conceptual framework cognition of sustainability management theory system was provided and the mathematical model to evaluate the indicators of project sustainability management through principal components analysis was put forward.Taking the phase 2 extension project of Pudong International Airport for example,the main sustainable indicators of this project were made,the principal components analysis was applied to the sample data by questionnaire survey,and the key sustainable indicators and the next emphasis of sustainability management were determined.
