摘要
应用现代控制理论,在世界银行项目后评价的基础上,结合中国国情,阐述项目后评价的目的、功能、内容和方法,并对我国如何实施项目后评价提出一些切实的建议.
Post-evaluation of a project is the re-evaluation of the project after several years of operation. It was first introduced by the World Bank in the 70s. Its purpose was to find out reasons for the failure of the project, put forward measures for the project to avoid unnecessary risk and increase the profit. In this paper, we use the theory of modern controlling to specify the purposes, functon, content and methods of post-evaluation of a project, and put forward some proposals of how to carry out post-evaluation.
