摘要 目的提出一种快速建立具有复杂形态结构的上前牙不同形态桩核三维有限元模型,并利用有限元分析方法验证所建模型的有效性。方法采用螺旋CT扫描离体上颌中切牙,利用“计算机颅颌骨三维识别系统”软件和unigraphics(UG)软件建立上颌中切牙实体模型及锥形、柱形桩核模型,并将后者插入前者实体模型,分别建成锥形、柱形桩冠三维有限元模型,对锥形桩冠模型进行网格划分并设定边界条件、加载条件,计算分析。结果本实验所建模型与实体模型具有良好的几何相容性,模型受力后应力分布符合预期结果。结论所建模型能较真实地模拟实体,实验方法具有准确快速的特点。 Objective To introduce a method of finite element modeling of different forms of maxillary incisor with complicated configuration.Methods Three-dimensional finite element model of maxillary incisor was constructed by making use of SCT scanning technology and the software of 'computer system identifying the edge of skull-jaw' and Unigraphics(UG),and also the model of wimble-core and post-core, assembling them into the tooth model, thus the model of wimble-core-crown and post-core-crown had been constructed, then mesh, design boundary, load, solve and analyze.Results In this study, all the models were consistent with substantiality in geometry, and the distribution of stresses accord with the anticipation after loading.Conclusion Established models can actually simulate the substantiality and the experiment is considered to be accurate and rapid.
